An operating system for Norwegian flying clubs

Flight log, bookings and ratings — built for Norwegian flying clubs

AirTrakr pulls your flight log, bookings, and medical/ratings status into one platform — in Norwegian, aligned with Norwegian regulations, built by a Norwegian pilot.

Built for Norwegian flying clubs

One platform — three roles

The same data, presented for the member, the club administrator and the instructor.

Club overview with members, fleet, bookings, and compliance — everything on one screen.

Features that actually cover a Norwegian club's day

A flight log that actually works

EASA Part-FCL-aligned flight log with PIC / dual / solo splits, signatures and exports. Built to match Norwegian club practice — not a generic logbook app.

  • PIC, dual and solo time logged separately
  • Instructor signing with a visible audit trail
  • PDF and CSV export when you need it

Bookings built for a club fleet

Visual calendar for the entire fleet, with conflict prevention, wait-lists, and automatic notifications when an aircraft frees up.

  • Full-fleet view on a single screen
  • Automatic conflict-blocking on overlaps
  • Wait-list when your favourite is busy

Medicals and ratings on autopilot

Class medical, class ratings, and language proficiency in one dashboard. Alerts 60 and 30 days before expiry — nobody silently loses validity.

  • Class 1, Class 2 and LAPL medicals in one view
  • Alerts 60 and 30 days before expiry
  • Class ratings (SEP, MEP, IR) per member

Hangar and maintenance without spreadsheets

Track flight hours between 50- and 100-hour inspections, ARC, and insurance policy. Your club's mechanic sees status without opening a CSV.

  • Hours between inspection intervals counted automatically
  • ARC and insurance on the same timeline
  • Hangar alerts before an aircraft goes out of service

Weather and aerodrome data on the home field

METAR, TAF, and NOTAMs for your home aerodrome — directly in the club view, no detours to Avinor or external apps.

  • METAR and TAF for your home aerodrome (ICAO)
  • Active NOTAMs for your operating area
  • Wind diagram and runway recommendation

Norwegian regulation, Norwegian language, Norwegian support

Aligned with Luftfartstilsynet

EASA Part-FCL.740.A and Part-MED requirements are built in. AirTrakr warns about expiries in line with Luftfartstilsynet regulations — not a generic system retrofitted for Norway.

Close to NLF

We work closely with the Norwegian Air Sports Federation (NLF). Clubs affiliated with NLF get relevant resources and reporting formats directly inside AirTrakr.

Built for the motorflyger

Class ratings, instructor ratings, ARC renewal, and BFR checks are part of the core — not a booking app that has been translated into Norwegian. DTO and club practice are supported directly.

Who uses AirTrakr?

Marit, club secretary

Monday morning Marit opens AirTrakr and sees the member list, expiring medicals, and this month's bookings on a single screen. She exports the monthly report straight to the board — without opening a single spreadsheet or hunting through last week's emails.

Less spreadsheet work, fewer email threads

Lars, instructor

Before every flight, Lars checks the student's medical, class rating, and last flight time in 30 seconds. After the flight he signs the log in the app — the student gets updated PIC time immediately, and the audit trail is visible to both the club and Luftfartstilsynet.

Certificate overview in 30 seconds

Anders, motorflyger

Anders books an aircraft from his phone the night before. AirTrakr warns him 60 and 30 days before his medical and BFR expire, so he doesn't have to dig through email to find the next check. Class ratings and flight time are logged automatically when he signs the flight.

Frequently asked questions

What does AirTrakr cost?

The price depends on your club's size — number of members and aircraft. We give a fixed-price quote per club after a short conversation, not per-user billing that surprises you. Email support@airtrakr.com for a quote.

How do we migrate from an existing system?

We have a migration setup for clubs coming from Excel, Schedmaster, and other systems. Typical imports: member roster, fleet overview, open bookings, and the last 12 months of flight hours. Migration is included in onboarding — we do that work alongside you.

Do you support proficiency checks and ratings?

Yes. Class ratings (SEP, MEP, IR), instructor ratings, BFR/PC checks, ARC tracking, and medicals (Class 1, Class 2, LAPL) are built in. Alerts 60 and 30 days before expiry — so nobody silently loses validity. EASA Part-FCL.740.A is the reference.

Is data stored in Norway or the EU?

Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt region). No data leaves the EEA. We have a data processing agreement ready for your club — contact us if you need the paperwork before onboarding.

Can we try it before we decide?

Yes. We set up a demo account for your club with real functionality, not a locked-down screen demo. You test with 2-3 selected members for 2-4 weeks before deciding. No commitment until you've decided.

How do members get access?

You invite members by email from the club admin panel. They follow a link, set a password, and are in within seconds. Mobile and desktop work the same — no app install required.

How do you handle GDPR and personal data?

We follow GDPR fully. Access, rectification, and erasure are built in; club admins can export a member's data or delete it from one place. Personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. A detailed privacy notice ships in a future revision — contact support@airtrakr.com for specific questions.

How do I get in touch?

Email support@airtrakr.com — we typically reply within one business day. For clubs evaluating onboarding, set up a demo conversation through the same address, or use the Contact link in the footer.
